Profit is shown to "best prices" (our odds comparison software monitors around 9 bookmakers) rather than SP, which would be considerably less due to the market support that FormGenie selections attract. Although it is not always possible to obtain the best odds when placing bets, it is more than reasonable to achieve them in the vast majority of cases, especially now that most major bookmakers offer best odds guaranteed for those that drift at SP. Betting Exchanges are excluded from the figures to prevent distortion/inflation of the profit as bigger odds may only be fleetingly available (matched) to small stakes and the place element of the each way rule will also skew the report.
