Upgrades and Cancellations

Upgrades
To upgrade you must be logged in. Then click upgrade which is next to your licence number and subscription grade. Your new fee will be calculated pro-rata against any unspent days.

Cancel Day Pass
If you've purchased a Day Pass, it will expire midnight on the day of purchase. This will not auto-renew so you do not need to cancel.

Cancel Subscriptions
None of our subscriptions auto-renew. Users will use their own discretion to purchase/renew/upgrade a licence at the end of each term whether this be Day, Month or Annual membership.
